Masjid Raya Batam – Batam Grand Mosque, Batam Indonesia
Masjid Raya Batam in Indonesia is designed as a fulfillment of a need for facilities that serve residents of worship Batam island in general and particularly in the area “Batam Center”. The mosque is expected to be a representative mosque that accommodates the activities of Muslims in religious, educational, social, ukhuwah, culture and so became the pride syiar Muslims on the island of Batam, Indonesia.

All are directed in accordance with the existence of the mosque as a place of prostration to Allah in the broad sense.
Of course today, due to the changing times and the development of society, some of these functions have been taken by other institutions. However, at least, of the mosque must be born and a description of human activities that lead to the prostration, obedient and submissive to God, because all the mosques are His.
